I had some issues. The WiFi was spotty. It was almost unusable at times. the cleaning staff did not replace used glasses or cups. It's a small thing, but annoying.

The helpful staff assisted with directions. I liked the clean facilities very much. The location offers easy access to public transportation. I noticed the hotel provides battery charging, a nice touch. The hotel offered complimentary umbrellas , and I found that useful.
Soundproofing between rooms could use slight improvement. I heard some corridor noise in the morning.

the wifi signal was weak at times i found this frustrating when trying to plan my day.
